Loren Dewayne Fifer, 70, died on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at home with family at his side. He proudly served his country in the Army. Loren was the owner of Aboite Grill and Peanuts and Peanuts Too. Loren was a member of LaGrange Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Frankie (Summers) Fifer; sons, Jon (Kara) Fifer of Florida, Matthew (Kristine) Fifer of Texas, David (Lori) Fifer of North Carolina and Stanley (Dianea) Crist of Tennessee; mother, Frances Fifer; brother, Donald "Jr." (Donna) Fifer Decatur; sister, Patricia (Mike) Updike of Fort Wayne; five grandchildren; and one great granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by father, Donald Fifer; and a brother, Richard Fifer.

Funeral service is 3 p.m., Monday, July 25, 2016 at Covington Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling from 11 a.m., to 3 p.m. He will be entombed at Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials are to Camp Indogan.
