M. Thomas Tigges died Friday June 24, 2011 at his home. Born June 28, 1944 to the late James and Johanna Tigges in Fort Wayne, IN. Tom worked for Custom Tube as Quality Manager for 46 years retiring in 2010. Surviving is his daughter, Terrilyn (Joseph) Flanigan of Ft. Wayne, IN, sons, Tom (Beth) Tigges and Jim (Vicki Grable) Tigges both of Ft. Wayne, IN, 3 grandchildren, Cody Michael, Ty Mahlon and Olivia Jordan. Tom was preceded in death by his wife Sharon Tigges April 24. Services are 11:00 a.m. Thursday June 30 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with calling 30 minutes prior to service. There is also calling Wednesday from 2-4 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, Preferred Memorials to Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home or Animal Care & Control.
