Marcyle Voigt, 82, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 4, 2025 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  She was born on May 1, 1943, to the late Martin F. Volz and Mary Elizabeth (Wolfe) Volz.

Marcyle worked as a law librarian at Lincoln Life.  She was a member of the 3rd old Franciscans.  She has an immense love of art, especially drawing and painting.  She also had a deep love and appreciation for animals.

She is survived by her daughter, Melinda Voigt; brother-in-law, Jim (Kay) Voigt; sister-in-law, Ann Silvers; daughter-in-law, Glee Felver; nephews Bruce Kizer, Paul (Sherry) Voigt, Jason (Michelle) Voigt, Michael (Jennifer) Voigt; and nieces Kim (Randy) Wagner and Jennifer (George) Manning.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Voigt; son, Peter Voigt; sister, Marcia Kizer; and nephew, Richard Wells.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Monday, October 13, 2025, at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46804.  The funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm following visitation.  Burial will follow in Covington Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Marcyle's memory may be made to Fort Wayne ASPCA or Stillwater Hospice.
