K. Margaret "Peg" Aldridge, 94, formerly of Fort Wayne, passed on Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013 at Westminster Village in Muncie. Born in Brainerd, Minnesota, she was the daughter of the late Axel and Rauha (Numnelin) Kivi. She was a member of St. Johns Evangelical Lutheran Church. She retired from Kaiser Tool as a secretary.

She is survived by her two daughters, Sally A. (Randal) Wamsley of Anderson and Martha A. Clay of Edmonds, Wash.; three brothers, William Kivi, Roy Kivi and Eugene Kivi; and a sister-in-law, Dorothy Tomko, three grandchildren, Jane Wamsley, Peter (Carolyn) Wamsley and Caroline Clay; and one great granddaughter, Maura Wamsley.

She was preceded in death by her husband of almost 58 years, Robert E. Aldridge, on Jan. 4, 2005; two brothers, Heimo Kivi and Vaino Kivi; and two sisters, Catherine Tapanila and Gertrude Farney.

Funeral service is 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 22, 2013 at Covington Funeral Home, with calling one hour prior. She will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials are to the church or American Macular Degeneration Foundation.
