Margaret Ann Stookey, 70, died Thursday November 1, 2012 at her home. Margaret was born September 14, 1942 in Ft. Wayne, IN to the late John and Ruth Dirig. She worked at Lincoln Life for 25 years. Surviving are her children, Clifford Stookey Albion, IN and Annette Stookey, Ft. Wayne, siblings, Richard (Becky) Dirig, Big Long Lake, Gerald (Barbara) Dirig, Ft. Wayne, Thomas Dirig, Marion, IN, Robert Dirig, Idaho, Daniel (Barbara) Dirig, Columbia City, IN, Marilyn (Scott) Kopecky, Ft. Wayne. She was preceded in death by her husband Albert "Mac" Stookey. There will be memorial calling 6-8 p.m. Tuesday November 6, 2012 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd.
