Marianne Thelma Postel, 87, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday May 9, 2012 surrounded by her family. Born June 3, 1924 in Humbolt, Saskatchewan Canada to the late Percival and Margaret (Palard) Kingsley. Marianne was a figure skater and taught skating. She attended North Park Community Church. Surviving are her husband, Donald E. Postel, Ft. Wayne, IN, daughers, Dawn Rene (Edward) Paul, and Pamela (Jeffrey) Werling both of Alpine, CA, sons, Gregory (Carol) Postel, Grabill, IN, Kevin (Barbara) Postel, Canton, MI, Timorthy Postel, Ventura, CA, sisters, Theda Haug and Mary Thomas both of Canada, 4 grandchildren, Diane, Josuha, Jackson and Madeline. Memorial Service is 11:00 a.m. Thursday May 31, 2012 at North Park Community Church 7160 Flutter Rd. Ft. Wayne, IN with family receiving friends from 10:30 a.m. till service time.
