Marice "Rosalee" Morgan, 94, of Fort Wayne, passed on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home. Born in Jay County she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Gladys (McLauglein) Smith. She was a PBX operator for the Van Orman Hotel and then later retired from the Fort Wayne Community Schools.

She is survived by her son, Dwayne Morgan of Larwill; brother, John Smith; sisters, Faye Jordan, May Calhoun and Lois Anderson; grandchildren, Monty, Lance, Kimmie, Shannon, Schlean, Lane, Chase, Tina, Kerry, Steveanna and Justin; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jessey Cleo Morgan, in 1993; sons, Larry, John and Steven Morgan; grandchildren, Kelly, Christy, Elaine and Dwanette Morgan; brother, Wilber Smith; and a sister, Ada Foster.

Private memorial services will be held for her at a later date. She will be laid to rest at Thompson Cemetery, in Salem, Indiana.
