Marilyn A. Abel, 82, passed away peacefully on October 22, 2024 at Parkview Regional, surrounded by family.

She was born on September 14th, 1942, in Michigan, but spent most of her life in northeast Indiana; building her dream home in Albion.

She is survived by sons Jeffery (Kim) Vandeputte and Gregory ( Karen) Vandeputte, grandchildren Lucas, Clarissa, Garrett, and Zachary.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Abel; and a son, Gary Vandeputte Jr.

A private service is planned at a later date; condolences can be sent to Covington Memorial Gardens.
