June 19, 1931 – March 18, 2025
Marjorie M. (Hively) Rodemeyer, 93, passed on to her eternal life on March 18, 2025.
She was born in Columbia City, IN, the daughter of the late Clark Hively and Betty Hively-Windell.
She studied at North Side High School and Saint Francis College, Fort Wayne, IN.
Marjorie retired from Fort Wayne Community Schools in 1986 after twenty years of service. She was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne, IN.
Marjorie was also a 65 year member of Trinity Chapter #576 Order of the Eastern Star. She had held the office of Worthy Matron numerous times and served as a District 14 Deputy. Marjorie was an avid reader. She loved to knit, and crochet hats and afghans for her community and church needs.
Surviving are her two daughters, Vickie Rodemeyer-Meyers, Tonda (Kenneth) Robertson; two grandsons; and four great-grandsons.

Remembering all of he staff employees of each of the above professionals and caretakes. So grateful for the love, and car that was shown to Marjorie.
A private gathering will be 2 pm on Monday, March 24, 2025 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Rd., Ft. Wayne, IN 46804 with a private burial in Covington Memorial Gardens.
