Martha H. Parkerson - Christy, 101, died Sunday September 16, 2012 at her home. She was born November 5, 1910 in Veedersburg, IN to the late Bert and Mary (Walton) Drollinger. In her early years she was a school teacher. Surviving is son, Roger Parkerson, grandchildren, David E., Kim, Patricia, David M., Shelly. Martha was preceded in death by her first husband Dale Parkerson and second husband John Christy, a son Gary Parkerson, siblings, John and Herschel Drollinger, Madge Barker and Patience Ayers. Burial will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday September 20, 2012 at Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Covington Memorial Funeral Home assisting family with arrangements.
