Marvin "Pete" Screeton, 78, died on December 15, 2009 at his home. He was born in Fort Wayne on May 4 1931. He served in Korea with the USMC and received several accommodations including a Purple Heart with clusters. He retired from Phleps Dodge in 1990 after 41 years of service. He is survived by his five sons, Gary (Theresa), Martin, Lindy (Donna), Patrick (Treva) and Tony (Kelly); 14 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren. The family would like to thank Parkview Hospice for their support. He is preceded in death by all 9 of his siblings. Services are 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 19, 2009 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, Fort Wayne. Calling is 4 - 8, Friday, December 18, 2009 at the funeral home.
