Mary Lou Eileen Myers, 91, passed peacefully Thursday, April 4, 2019 with her family by her side.  She was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to the late Charles Douglas and Florence (Crowe) Douglas.  Mary Lou graduated from Central High School.  She then married the love of her life the late, Donald Harry Myers, he passed in 1996; they were married 51 years.    Mary Lou was an active member of South West Assembly of God; she taught Sunday school and often volunteering her time to the church where she was needed.  She retired from Lincoln Life as an Administration Assistant and had also worked at Magnavox.  Mary Lou was always on the go; she loved gardening and tending to her flowers.  She always had a warm smile and she didn't know a stranger.

Mary Lou is survived by son and daughter in law, David and Teresa Myers; brother, Donald Douglas; 6 loved grandchildren, Sara (Brandon) Miller, Kelly Jo Myers, Steven Myers, Kelly Renee (Carissa) Deck and Michele (Timothy) Wegrecki; and her 6 great grandkids, Mackenzie, Morgan, Jack, Kaiden, Saint and McKayla.

Mary Lou was also preceded in death by her son, Steven Myers, in 2014; brother, Charles Douglas; and sister, Jean Baily.

Funeral Service is Noon, Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at South West Assembly God Church, 7702 Smith Road, with calling two hour prior.  Pastor Isaac Deere will be officiating.  She will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens.  Preferred memorials are to the church.
