MaryLou Jackson 87, passed away Friday January 9, 2015 on what would have been Ronny and MaryLou"s 66th. Wedding Anniversary. MaryLou was born March 23, 1927 in Whitley County to the late Delbert E. and Bessie (Flickinger) Manes. MaryLou and her late husband Ronald were very active in the Waynedale United Methodist Church. She was Past President of the Young at Heart Group and was active in Women''s Circle. For 26 years MaryLou worked as an Registered Nurse at Lutheran Hospital on Fairfield Ave.

Surviving are her children, Tanya Zent, Patricia McGuire, Jacqueline (Randy) McLeod, Michael D. Jackson, grandchildren, Jeremy (Stephanie) Zent, Michael Jennings, Brian Jennings, and great-grandchildren, Jeffrey "Bubba" Jennings, Mackenzie Zent, Jackson Zent, sister, Jane VanHoozen and brother, Wally Manes. She was preceded in death by her husband Ronald Gene Jackson 2010 and a grandson Chad Buchan, 6 sisters and 2 brothers.

Service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday January 17, 2015 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with calling 30 minutes to service. There is also calling at the funeral home 5-8 p.m. Friday January 16th. Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials are to the Alzheimer's Association.
