Michael D. Bennett, 77, passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2023
at Indiana University Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. He was
born in Fort Wayne, IN to the late Claude and Helen Francis (Smith)
Bennett. Michael served honorably in the United States Air Force. He
worked for Lewis Bro. Bakery for 24 years. Michael was a member of
Anthony Wayne First Church of God and volunteered at Mission House
and Food Bank. Surviving are his sister, Connie Bennett; and brother,
James (Jean) Bennett. Funeral service 11:00am, Friday, March 10,
2023 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home with visitation from 10:00am
to 11:00 am prior to the service. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens.
