Michael K. Manter, 44, died, July 21, 2010 at Parkview Hospital. He attended Broadway Christian Church and worked at Shambam as a machinist. He is survived by his daughters, Sarah (Scott) Norris of Louisville, Kentucky and Jessica Manter of Warsaw; father, Edward Manter of Churubusco; brother, Jim Manter of Fort Wayne; sisters, Deborah Connett of Craigville and Sandra Haning of Dayton, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his mother, Conniejo Manter in 2002. Family will receive friends from 9 to 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 7, 2010 at The Chapel, 2505 West Hamilton Road, Fort Wayne. Memorials are to Cancer Services of Allen County.
