Michael "Mike" Dennis Bailey, 67, passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2014. He was born on June 20, 1947 in Fort Wayne to Donna and the late Harry Bailey. Mike was a loving husband, father, grandfather and son. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Kathleen (Neuhaus) Bailey, daughter, Molly Bailey, son, Captain Scott Bailey, granddaughters, Margot, Lucy, Grace and Eloise, mother, Donna Bailey, and dog, Midge. He was preceded in death by his dad, Harry Bailey, and his sister, Linda "Sue" Bailey.

Mike was a member of Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus and the Arcola Lions Club. He worked for 21 years in x-ray and ultrasound at St. Joseph Medical Center and Stat Care. He retired as owner & operator of Maltese Medical.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, 1515 Barthold Street, with calling from 9:00 a.m. -10:00 a.m. Calling also will be held on Monday, August 11, 2014, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road.
