Michaelene A. "Micki" Evans died Saturday April 29, 2017. She was born December 5, 1940 in Ft. Wayne to the late Michael and Marie Mudrack. She was a loving mother and grandmother and a homemaker and an active member of The Cathedral.

Surviving are her children, Daniel (Deborah) Evans, Charles (Amber) Evans, son-in-law, Tom Duncan, sister, Gerry (George) Taylor, brother, Victor (Ann) Mudrack, 8 grandchildren, Becky (Daniel), Abbi (Joel), Jacob, Ashley, Paige, Nathaniel, Victoria (Kyle), Daniel, Tyler (Rachael), 7 great-grandchildren, Brian, Steven, Fischer, Evyn, Eris, Elena, Lela, Michaelene was preceded in death by her daughter Lisa Duncan, 6 siblings, Phyllis, Pearl, Alice, Darlene, Eugene, Sunny.

Memorial mass will be 10:00 a.m. Friday May 5, 2017 at The Cathedral of Immaculate Conception 1102 S. Clinton St. Ft. Wayne, In 46802 with calling 1 hour prior to mass.

Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Preferred memorials are to Masses or Heartland Hospice.
