Mildred J. Fagan, 91 died Tuesday October 6, 2015. She was born December 28, 1923 in Sturgis, KY to the late Manuel and Callie (Hedgepeth) McCaw. Mildred worked in Housekeeping and retail sales.

Surviving are her children, Wallace Austin and Gayle Austin, siblings, Dave McCaw and Cledus McCaw, granddaughter, Shirley Thomas. She was preceded in death by her husband Dale Fagan, a son Jesse Austin, a grandson and 4 siblings.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday October 12, 2015 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with calling 1 hour prior to service. Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens.
