Mildred E. (Millie) Wallace, 89, died Wednesday April 4, 2012 at Lutheran Hospital. Born December 22, 1922 in Danville, IL to the late Albert and Decemma Norris. Mildred worked in administration for G.T.E retiring in 1984. She was a member of D.A.V. and the American Legion Post #241 Waynedale. Surviving are her daughter, Judy Sullivan, Ft. Wayne, grandchildren, Amy (Lon) Lehman, Ft. Wayne, Nicole (Bao) Haba, Newark, CA, great-grandchildren, Derek, Ashley, Evan, Ellie, sister, Monta Potter. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Paul Wallace in 1984 and a sister, Mary Potter. Memorial Services are 7:00 p.m. Monday April 16, 2012 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with calling from 6-8 p.m. Monday. Inurnment will be in Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
