Mindy A. Miller-Decker, 40, of Fort Wayne, passed away Sunday Nov 18, 2007 at Parkview Hospital. She was born Oct. 8, 1967 in Fort Wayne. She is survived by her father and step mother, Max & Kathleen Miller of Fort Wayne; mother, Alyce Miller of Roanoke; grandmother, Marjorie E. Miller of Amboy; brothers, Tod A. Miller of Fort Wayne, and Lane (Pam) Miller of Roanoke; step brother, Josh Tschannen of Fort Wayne; step sister, Adriane Tschannen of Fort Wayne. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Shelby Lynn Sheley; grandparents, Robert J.D. Miller and Alfred & Mildred Eichler. Funeral service Wednesday 2:30 p.m. with calling one hour prior at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. Calling 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
