Miriam Maxine Crouch, 96, died April 4, 2020.  She was born August 15, 1923 in Pierceton, Indiana, the daughter of Theodore and Mary (Shultz) Werstler.  She retired from Rea Magnet Wire in 1986.  She enjoyed reading, feeding the birds, spending time at her lake home, watching NASCAR races and Indiana basketball games, scrapbooking, playing cards, and visiting with all of her grandchildren.  Spending time with her family brought her the most joy.  She will be dearly missed by family and friends who enjoyed her friendship, sense of humor, creativity, and kindness.

Miriam is survived by her son Ronald (Diane) Crouch; four grandchildren, Sarah (Todd) Adams, Jordan Crouch, Sheri Etzcorn and Paul Meredith; four great-grandchildren, Madelyn Adams, Emma Adams, Daniel (Katie) Etzcorn and Cory (Tom) Marvel; and two great-great-grandsons, Tucker Etzcorn and Lucas Etzcorn.

Miriam was preceded in death by her husband, Paul E. Crouch, on October 22, 1997; a daughter, Sandra K. Redding, in April 2018; and her sister, Norma Jean Messmore; and grandson in law, David Etzcorn, in 2013.

Miriam will be laid to rest at Hillcrest Cemetery in Pierceton, Indiana.
