Moneta Mary Fewkes, 82, died Monday, April 2, 2018.  She was born September 14, 1935 in Chicago, IL to the late Gordon R. and Cora M. McLean.  Moneta was a O.B.G.Y.N. registered nurse working in Crown Point, IN for 23 years.

Surviving are her children, Richard Paul (Peggy) Fewkes, Dawn Price, Diane (Troy) Ballard, Donna Fewkes, Ann (Scott) Pierce and Janet (Bill) Luckey, brother, Roger (Mary Jane) McLean, 10 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren along with 3 nieces.  Moneta was preceded in death by a granddaughter Caitlyn and son-in-law Danny Price.

Funeral service will be 4:00 p.m. Saturday April 7, 2018 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with viewing 2 hours prior to service.  A reception will be held following the service.
