Muriel Louise Hunt, 79, died Saturday August 4, 2018.  She was born on August 31, 1938 in Los Angeles, CA to the late Loren Dana and Mable Olive (Anderson) Stanley.  Muriel volunteered at the American Red Cross for Disaster Relief and was a member of Wallen Baptist Church.

Surviving are her children Cindie Owensby, Janis (Len) Chayka, James (Rosa) Hunt, Loren (Lynn) Hunt, sister Jeannie (Bundy) Maples, 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 6 nieces and nephews.  Muriel was preceded in death by her husband William Hunt in 2013, and two siblings Mae Sinclair and Dana Stanley.

Honoring Muriel's wishes there is no viewing or services.  Burial will be in Marion National Cemetery in Marion, IN.
