Nancy L. Dec, 82, died Saturday, April 19, 2014. She was born January 27, 1932 in Aliquippa, PA to the late Irwin and Eva Baldwin. Nancy was a homemaker. She was a member of Elizabeth Ann Seaton Catholic Church.

Surviving are her daughters, Amy (Gary) Edelman, Elaine Dec, sister, Judy McMillan, grandchildren, Lee, Kelly, Devin and Hannah "Lou". Nancy was preceded in death by her husband Louis and 1 brother and 1 sister.

Service is 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 25, 2014 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with calling 1 hour prior to service. There will be calling Thursday April 24, 2014 from 5-8 p.m.. Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Preferred memorials to; Allen County S.P.C.A
