Nancy Evangeline Burkholder, 66, passed Friday, August 25, 2017 at Parkview Randallia Hospice. Born in Kokomo, a daughter to the late John Harold Ratcliff and Betty (Bogue) Ratcliff. Nancy had worked for Von Maur. She was a member of Victory Life Church in New Haven.

She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Philip Burkholder of New Haven; brother, John (Phyllis) Ratcliff of Rocksprings, Wyoming; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service is 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at Victory Life Church, 1031 Middle Street, New Haven with calling one hour prior to service. Officiating will be Pastor Gregory Fries, Craig St. Myers and Paul PeConge. Calling is also 4-8 p.m., Monday, August 28, 2017 at Covington Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road. She will be entombed at Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials are to the Victory Life Church Building Fund.
