Nancy Elizabeth "Lizzy" Slick, 92, passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2011 in North Richland Hills, Texas. Born in North Webster, to the late Jospeh and Mildred Roush. She lived most of her life here in Fort Wayne.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 72 years, Laurence Slick; son and daughter in law, Kent and Kathy Slick all of North Richland Hills, Texas; brother, Laury Roush of Spring Valley, California; sister, Joan Mosshammer of Fort Wayne; six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren all of the greater Fort Wayne area.
Her service was at Chapel of Forest Ridge Funeral Home in Hurst, Texas. She will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens, Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at 1:00 p.m.
