Nancy Ann Smith, 66, of Fort Wayne, passed on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at Lutheran Hospital. Born in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late, Bill and Josephine McKale. She was a member of the Waynedale Baptist Church. She was co owner with her husband for over 42 years, of B&N stand; they would travel around to the local gas and steam engine shows selling elephant ears. She had also worked at Wayne Home Equipment for over 10 years.

She is survived by her devoted husband of over 50 years, Bill Smith; son, Samuel Tate; siblings, Bruce, Roger, Janet, Tina and Dawn.

She was preceded in death by five brothers; and two sisters.

Funeral Service is 7 p.m., Monday, June 24, 2013 at Wayndale Baptist Church, 633 Lower Hunting Road, with calling two hours prior. She will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorial are to Allen County Cancer Services or Diabetes Association.
