Nellie M. Ramer, 91, passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at Coventry Meadows in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born in Fort Wayne, IN to the late Evan Wright and Mildred (Igney) Russell. Nellie worked for the Fort Wayne Library for many years. She loved spending time with her family and was a loving mother and grandmother. Surviving are her children, Dennis Ramer, Ronald (Michelle) Ramer, Beth (Jim) Cochran, Mary Carlson, Deborah Lewis, Judy (Mike) Polzin, and Stephanie (Ronald) Winter; sister, Carol Bullock; 12 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren. Nellie was also preceded in death by her son David Ramer; brothers, Ralph Wright, W.M. "Bill" Wright and Phillip Palmer; and sister, Eva Mueller. Funeral service will be Thursday, December 8, 2022 at 11:00am at Covington Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home.
