Norma Jean Lapp, 89, passed away Thursday, August, 5, 2021. Born in Huntington, IN she was the daughter of the late Ford and Ada (Greider) Smith. She married  Robert Lapp, he preceded her in death. Norma worked as a dispatcher at Nipsco where she retired. She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church. She enjoyed attending bible study. She also enjoyed connecting with family and friends on Facebook.

She is survived by her son, David (Fe') Lapp, daughters, Deb (Michael) Oetting, Pam (Steve) Ambriole, grandchildren, Dan (Cassie) Lapp, Jacqueline (Jim) Norrie, Ben and Scott Oetting, Joel Bultemeier, Jessica and Jacob Ambriole, sister, Sherry (Tom) Helmsing, three great grandchildren, Madeleine Bultemeier, Jonathan Bultemeier and Bentley Oetting,  along with two great-great grandchildren, Caedance Lapp and Jocelyn Norrie.

A Memorial service will be held at a later date.  She will be inurned at Covington Memorial Gardens.
