Octavia Aspen Aquino, age 4, passed from her short life on June 16, 2024, after graciously giving the gift of life by being an organ donor.

She was born in Fort Wayne, IN on May 10, 2020, being the best mother's day gift, her loving grandmother could imagine.

She was a vibrant, happy little girl who loved coloring, drawing, Paw Patrol, Jurassic Park, the Power Puff Girls, My Little Pony and Cocomelon.

She will be sorely missed by her father, Brandon Aquino; mother, Destiny Rhoades; grandmother, Linda Alvarez; great-grandmother, Kathleen Aquino; grandfather, James Rhoades; uncles, Anthony Aquino and Caleb Aquino; aunts, Brianna Alvarez and Bella Alvarez; and cousin, Jeremiah Jackson

Private services will be held at Covington Memorial Funeral Home.
