Pamela Ellen Engle, 58, died Wednesday, September 23, 2015 with her family at her side. She was a lifelong member of New Hope Baptist Church. Pam worked in the nursery at the church and had also babysat for many years. She was a devoted wife, kind mother and great friend, who will be missed dearly.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Jeff Engle; daughter, Ashley Engle; and best friend, Edith Potts all of Fort Wayne.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence W Mabee, in 1997 and Marjorie Ellen (Linton) Mabee, in 2014.

Funeral Service is 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Covington Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling one hour prior. Pastor Rob Bogle will be officiating. Calling also 4-8 p.m., Friday, September 25, 2015 at Covington Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials are to Cancer Services of North East Indiana or New Hope Youth Group.
