Patricia Jean Hart Burchette left this earthly world October 13, 2017 to go to her heavenly home. Patricia was born in Guntersville, Alabama March 4, 1939 to Harry Coy and Daisy Myrtle Hart. She grew up in Collierville, Tennessee where she met and married James Owens Burchette. They raised their children Patrice Angelette (Angel), James Coy and Priscilla Kathryn (Kathy) in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was a stay at home mom for many years before she went to work for GTE. She was there 13 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents Harry Coy Hart and Daisy Myrtle Hart Wrenn. She leaves behind James Owens Burchette, her children Patrice Angelette Lewis (Lance), James Coy Burchette (Mary) and Priscilla Kathryn Burchette and her brother Billy Coy Hart (Peggy) and her grandchildren James Clayton Lewis, Nathan Scott Lewis, Kathryn Jean Lewis and Jennifer Kathryn Rumschlag.

Funeral service will be Tuesday October 17, 2017 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with viewing 2 hours prior to service. There is also calling Monday at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. A private family graveside burial will follow the service. Preferred memorials are to The American Red Cross.
