Patricia May Krauhs, 87, passed, Friday, November 1, 2019.  Born in Fort Wayne she was a daughter to the late George and Goldie (Hullinger) Stein.  She had worked as a phone operator prior to having her family.  Pat was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.  She enjoyed cooking for her family, crocheting, reading, gardening and watching hockey with her husband, puzzles, and playing poker with her sons.  Pat enjoyed the holidays; she especially loved Christmas and the snow.

Pat is survived by her sons, Tim (Theresa) Krauhs of Roanoke, Jim (Sherry) Krauhs and Kim Krauhs both of Fort Wayne; five grandchildren, Nicole (Chad) Grieser, Nick Miller, Lindsey (Mike) Singpradith, Audrey May Krauhs and Samuel Pete Krauhs; and three great-grandsons, Benett, Hudson and Sebastian.

Pat was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Irvin "Pete" Earl Krauhs, on December 15, 2018; brother, Jim Stein; and sister, Rose Hayes.

Memorial Service is 1:30 p.m., Thursday, November 7, 2019 at Covington Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with the calling two hours prior to the times set.  Pat and Irvin "Pete" were laid to rest together on November 7, 2019, on their wedding anniversary.
