Patsy Louise Coffelt, 87 passed away Friday, September 30, 2016 at her home with her family surrounding her. Patsy was born May 27, 1929 in Toledo, Ohio and the daughter of the late Henry and Lula Mae Evans. She was the Supervisor of Housekeeping for the Crow''s Haven Nursing Home for 10 years. Patsy was a huge Notre Dame Football Fan and loved her dog "Chicago"

Surviving are her children, Cathy Wilson, Patty Coffelt, Cyndi Coffelt, Lori (Dewayne) Copeland, Andrew Coffelt, Joee McKimm, 19 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. Patsy was preceded in death by her husband Delphos Ross Coffelt on August 26, 1986 and 3 sons, Mike, Herman, Tim Coffelt, 2 grandchildren, Michael and Daniel.

Memorial service will be 7:00 p.m. Tuesday October 4, 2016 with friends being received from 5:00 p.m. until service time.
