Peggy Lee Brown, 73, of Fort Wayne passed away in her home October 3.  She was born July 4, 1948 to John and Viola (Ladig) Shannon.

Peggy will be forever remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and sister.

She is survived by her children, Wiley (Ashley) Brown, Jr., Tina Trigg, Regina Shear, Lucinda Decker, and Wylie Volz; 12 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and brother, John Shannon.

In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her siblings, Warren Shannon, Robert Shannon, Eddie Shannon, Richard Shannon, Josephine Boyd, and Carolyn Shannon.

Family will receive friends from 11:00am - 1:00pm Thursday, October 14 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, IN  46804, with funeral service to follow at 1:00pm.  Memorial contributions in Peggy's name may be made to the charity of your choice.
