Peggy M. Ehrman, 85, passed away June 18, 2019.  She was born on April 23, 1934 to the late Leatha and Samuel Cook.  Peggy retired from GTE and was a member of the Waynedale Congregation of the Jehovah's Witnesses.  After retirement she enjoyed traveling.  Peggy loved taking a train to her destinations and enjoyed a cruise.  She was proud to receive her GED and learned to swim and scuba dive at age 50.  Peggy never met a cat she did not like and often strays showed up at her door most welcome.  She was an excellent caregiver to others and found comfort in the hope of the resurrection.

Peggy is survived by her children, Keith (Terri) Ehrman, Dawn (Wayne) Workman, her great joy, her grandchildren, Matthew, Harley Ehrman and Gale (April) Workman.  She was preceded in death by her husband Leroy Ehrman and 3 sisters, Mona, Nonnie, Glorine and brother Sam.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June, 25, 2019 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Rd. with viewing 1 hour prior to service.  Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens.
