Peter Voigt, 56, of Andrews, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at Lutheran Hospital.  He was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on October 19, 1968, to Walter and Marcyle (Volz) Voigt.

Peter had a great love for music, especially Rock and Roll.  In high school he played the trumpet and tuba, and later on he learned to play piano and the organ.  He also loved Marvel and DC and saw every superhero movie.  His favorite superhero was Superman.

He is survived by his loving partner of 20 years, Glee Felver; mother, Marcyle (Volz) Voigt; sister, Mindy Voigt; and stepson, Robin Sprunger. He is also survived by aunts and uncle Jim (Kay) Voigt, and Ann Silvers; and cousins Kim Wagner, Bruce Kizer, Paul (Sherry) Voigt, Jason (Michelle) Voigt, Michael (Jennifer) Voigt, Jennifer (George) Manning, Charles (Laura) Silvers, Dawn (Brandon) Cripe, and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, Walter Voigt and uncle, Gary Silvers.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday, September 26, 2025, at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46804.  The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 27, 2025, with visitation one hour prior. Burial will follow in Covington Memorial Gardens.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Humane Fort Wayne Pet Shelter and Adoption Program.
