Phyllis J. Faulkner, 95, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at home in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born in Fort Wayne, IN to the late Chancey C. and Jennie C. (Hohen) Buell. She graduated from Elmhurst High School. She married Darwin Faulkner on April 23, 1949 and he preceded her in death in 1999. Phyllis worked for General Electrics for 46 years, until her retirement. She was a member of Quarter Century Moose  and Elex. She enjoyed gardening, being outdoors and walking. Surviving are her children, Kent (Rosangela) Faulkner, Cindy Faulkner and Cheryl ( John) Philbert; six grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. Phyllis was also prececed in death by her berothers, Harold Buell and Neil Buell; daughter-in-law, Holly Faulkner; and beloved dog, Taffy. Funeral service 1:00pm, Monday, February 13, 2023 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home with visitation from 11:00am to 1:00pm prior to the service. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens.
