Pluma Elizabeth "Grammy" Orcutt, 104 passed away Thursday December 4th at the Hospice Home of NE Indiana. Born August 28, 1904 in Pellston, Michigan she lived most of her adult life in Allen County, IN. She married Herschel O. Orcutt September 3, 1933. Herschel and their only child, Pluma Adelia Orcutt Halterman precede her in death. Pluma was member of the Saturn Church and the Fort Wayne Chapter of Oddfellows Rebekka Lodge. She loved her family and traveling throughout the world. She was retired from Bankers Life and Casualty. She is survived by her grandsons, Dudley (Debbie), Byron (Diane) and Steven (Brenda) Hattaway; great grandsons Jacob (Laura), Joel (Daisy), Andrew Hattaway and step great granddaughter Beth Barcus; and great-great granddaughter Layla Blu Hattaway. Also special recognition is given to her dedicated caregivers Marie and Dorothy. Services will be a private family gathering.Preferred Memorials to the Fort Wayne Children''s Zoo.
