Ramiro Garcia, 85, passed away peacefully at home on March 29, 2025. He was born in Estancias, Mexico, a son of the late Juan and Josefa Garcia.

In his spare time he enjoyed gardening, cooking and tinkering with electronics and communications with radios. He worked all his life as a driver for CityLink and after retirement continued to drive for Trailways excursions and later Uber, just to interact with people.

He is survived by sons, Antonio, Adrian and Erik; grandsons, Gavin and Christopher and one brother.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Maria Elena in 1983, and then his second wife, Stefani in 1999.

A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Rd., Ft. Wayne, IN 46804 with calling 1 hour prior.

Visitation will be held from 3 pm to 7 pm on Wednesday, April 9th, also at the funeral home.

Burial will take place in Covington Memorial Gardens, Fort Wayne, IN.
