Randall "Randy" Scott Tassler, 62, formerly of Fort Wayne, died on Friday, June 6, 2014, in Lexington, Kentucky. He graduated from South Side High School and then Ball State University. He work included retail sales, including owning his own business with his wife, then retiring from K-Mart in 2011.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Linda (Chapman) Tassler; daughter, Kaylina Michaela of Ashville, North Carolina; mother, Marian Tassler-Kendall of Fort Wayne; sisters, Cheryl Ford and Jill Evans both of Fort Wayne; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Tassler.

Funeral Service is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at Covington Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road. He will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials are to Hospice of the Bluegrass, 2312 Alexandria Drive, Lexington, Kentucky 40504.
