Raymond E. Borchelt, 90, died Sunday December 29, 2013. He was born November 5, 1923 in Fort Wayne, IN to the late Waldemar and Hilda Borchelt. He worked for ITT for 36 years retiring as the Manager of Material Control. Ray was a Navy Veteran of WWII and a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church and American Legion #296.

Surviving are his children, Rev. Ray L. (Kathy) Borchelt, Rev. Bonnie L. (John) Claycomb, Larry A. (Carol) Borchelt, Bev.A. (Steve) Harms, Karen S. (Robert) Brent, Donald J. (Carol) Borchelt, Timothy E Borchelt, 1 brother, 3 sisters, 12 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Beverly in 1981, 1 grandson, 2 brothers, and 1 sister.

Service is 2:00 p.m. Friday January 3, 2014 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with calling 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens.
