Raymond C. McIntyre, 76, of Ossian, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 9, 2008. He is survived by his wife Shirley, his 11 children, 32 grandchildren, and 28 great grandchildren. In addition he is survived by his brother Milan McIntyre and his family; and his sister Lorraine Smith and her family. Ray served in the Army and attended Indiana Technical College. He worked for several area builders and retired from Witwer Construction. He was also a Faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. A time for relatives and friends to visit with Ray''s family will be Tuesday between 5:00-8:00pm at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington RD and also an hour prior to the funeral. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday with burial at Covington Memorial Gardens. Memorial Contributions can be made to Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home or to the Family.
