Regina Sue (Botz) Sarrazine, 57, of Fort Wayne, died on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at Lutheran Hospital. Born in the District of Columbia, she was the daughter of Irene Rose (Keirns) Botz and the late Eugene George Botz. She had worked for J.O. Morey, Inc. and then Parkview Whitley Hospital.

She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Joseph Henry Sarrazine; her mother, Irene Botz; sons, Joseph (Clara) Sarrazine of Corunna and Jared (Mindy) of Fort Wayne; daughter, Jennifer (Michael) Krause of Fort Wayne; brother, Kermit (Linda) Botz of Indianapolis; sister, Sharon (R.J.) Dominic of Delaware, sister-in-law, Theresa Deardeff, FL, brother-in-laws, Alvin (Sharon) Sarrazine and Doug (Nancy) Sarrazine, both of Chicago, IL, seven grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral Service is 1 p.m., Monday, February 25, 2013 at Covington Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. She will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens. Rev. Mike Harris officiating. Preferred memorials are to the Susan G. Komen foundation.
