Richard Earl Bradford, 73, of Fort Wayne, passed on April 29, 2012 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, while on Hospice. Born in Payne, Ohio, he was the son of the late Martin and Lavonne Bradford. He retired from Super Value after 32 years of service.
He is survived by his daughters and sons in law, Nancy (George) Friend, Linda (Louis) Andringa and Karen (Ed) Potts all of Fort Wayne; brothers, Robert (Barb) and Kenneth (Mary); seven grandchildren, April Cavalier, Adam (Dana) Potts, E.J. Potts, Amanda (Nicholas) Flores, Glenn (Kristin) Friend, Amber Andringa and Alec Andringa; and eight great grandchildren, Isaac, Kiana and Caleb Cavalier, Alyssa, Mackenna, and Ethan Potts, Adrian, Amaya and Samantha Flores.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 45years, Elizabeth Anne Bradford, in 2005; brother, Paul; and sister, Norma Blake.
Funeral Service is 11 a.m., Tuesday May 8, 2012 at Covington Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling one hour prior. Calling is also 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, May 7, 2012. He will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens.
