Richard H. Current, 79, of Fort Wayne, died Fri. March 7, 2008 at Parkview Hospital. He was an engineer with International Harvister, a master gardener and member of Northeast Indiana Boaters Association. He is survived by his daughters, Rebecca L. (Mark) Penrod and Sharon W. (Dan) Hathaway both of Fort Wayne; a son, Douglas A. Current of Fort Wayne; brother, Norman Current of Fort Wayne; sister, Karen Veith of Fort Wayne. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara, a brother, Russell and a sister, Alice. Funeral service Tuesday 11 a.m. with calling one hour prior at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. Calling also Monday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
