Richard L. "Dick" Meese, 67, died Monday August 17, 2015 at his home. He was born October 24, 1947 in Ft. Wayne, IN to the late Richard M. and Adelma E. Meese. Dick was a dispatcher for J&R Trucking and Bunsold Trucking. In his younger years Dick was very athletic, active in Baseball, Softball, coaching various youth teams.

Surviving is his sister, Pat (Edward) Tutwiler, nephews, Scott (Nancy) Tutwiler, Rick (Beth Riecke) Tutwiler, niece, Heather Tutwiler.

Memorial service is pending. Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials are to Police Athletic League.
