Robert W. Davis, 78, died Sunday July 21, 2013. Bob was born April 19, 1935 in Willow Shade, KY to the late Lacy and Audie Davis. He was bartender at American Legion Post #241 Waynedale for over 25 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Surviving are his siblings, Sue Lichtsinn, Rosie(Alex) Simon, Dianne Harding, Sally (Arlin) McAfee, Herb (Shirley) Davis and many nieces and nephews along with a host of good friends.

Service is 1:00 p.m. Friday at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with calling 1 hour prior to service. There is also calling Thursday 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
