Robert "Bob" V. Lowe, 57, of Fort Wayne, went to be with the lord Sunday January 28, 2007 at Lutheran Hospital. He was a US Army Vietnam Veteran and was a retired carpet installer who enjoyed life and spending time with family and friends. He is survived by his wonderful loving wife, Anita Doehler Lowe of Fort Wayne; a son, Norbert Lowe of Germany; loving mother, Alma L. Workman of Newton, NC; sisters, Margaret J. (Alfred) Coleman of Huntington, WV, Alvina L. Maynard of Huntington, WV; brothers, Russell E. (Inez) Lowe of Fort Wayne, Dana R. (Jo Ellen) Lowe of Ludlow Falls, OH and Alvin F. Lowe of Newton, NC. He was preceded in death by his father, Alvin F. Lowe and a brother, Charles E. Lowe. Funeral services 11 a.m. Thursday at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. Calling Wednesday 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens. Memorials to American Heart Association.
