Robert L. Stahl SR., 73, of Fort Wayne, passed away Wednesday December 6 2006 at home. Born December 11, 1932 in Huntington, he was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from International Harvester. He also was owner and operator of Stahl''s Custodial Services and worked for Pizza Hut Corporate Offices. Survivors include a daughter, Stephannie (Brady) Edwards of Fort Wayne; three sons, Robert (Krista) Stahl Jr., Timothy (Tami) Stahl and Matthew (Peggy) Stahl all of Fort Wayne; sisters, Mary Nowels, Nancy Karriger, Betty Stahl, Bonnie Beck and Dorothy Miller; Thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Betty; brothers Max and Earl Stahl; sister Helen Timmonds and a daughter-in-law Joy Stahl. Services 11 a.m. Saturday with calling one hour prior at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. Rev. Mark Klinepeter officiating. Calling also Friday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial in Glenwood Cemetery, Roanoke with military graveside honors. Memorials to Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home.
